Hello!

        My name is Mary Kate Grant. This is my first year at Hillcrest Middle School. I previously taught K-8 Resource at Mountain Shadows Elementary. I have a B.S. from Northern Arizona University in Elementary and Special Education. My certifications are: K-8 Regular Education and K-12 Special Education.

        Enough of that formal stuff, here's a little bit about me! I was born in Southern California but I have lived in Arizona for 14 years. I graduated from Deer Valley High School in 1997. I atteneded both ASU and NAU. I've been married to my high school sweetheart for 6 years and we have a 3 year old little girl named Rece Ann. We also have a Black Lab named Skeezy who is 7 years old. I love all sports but my favorite is basketball. (Go Suns!)
